How to buy?

To buy on Pilma.com Online Store, you just need to choose the products you like, add them to the Shopping cart clicking on the Cart icon (Buy button) and do your order using the Payment method you prefer. You can also determine if you want to receive the products at home or you prefer to pick them in person at the store.

The Shopping system is produced under the current Law in Spain. As a consequence, all the parts understand that the sales operations are being done in Pilma Disseny, Valencia Street 20, postcode 08015, Barcelona.

Pilma.com Online Store offers a wide selection of products that are just sent to Spain, with the exception of Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla.

Any user that can be interested in the acquisition of any of our products from the Online Store, in case it’s located outside the territory we have just described, must contact us using the Contact Form included in the Online Store. We will certainly answer with the best existing options to do the Shopping.

The products included in this service are just offered to final consumers.

Products Information

The pictures, graphics, icons and videos related to the products from Pilma Disseny, including measures, descriptions, colors, commercial names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind of content have the purpose to add more information to the product(s). Nevertheless, the user has to be aware that the information is not exhaustive.

Pilma Disseny reserves for itself the right to decide, at any time, the products that are offered to the users in the Online Store. Due to this fact, Pilma Disseny will be able to add new products or delete the existing ones at any time. Pilma Disseny also reserves for itself the right to manage the public accessibility to the Online Store in order to improve its system.

In case a product cannot be available after the user has bought it, Pilma Disseny will inform the user by e-mail and will cancel the order (completely or just a part of it). Later on Pilma Disseny will refund the corresponding amount to the user. This situation will not give the user any right of compensation.


National Shipments

If you choose the option that your product will be sent to your home and you are living in Spain (inside the peninsula), normally it will take between 2 and 4 days to receive the product in case it is categorized as a present. In case it is a furniture product, it will take between 3 and 8 working days.

In case you are living in Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla you will have to get in touch with us by the Contact Form included in our Online Store.

The shipping costs are free for those purchases that are higher than 1000 euros and are sent to Barcelona Area, they are also free for those purchases that are higher than 2000 euros and are sent to the rest of Spain (we are just referring to the Peninsula). For lower purchases the sending costs will always be the 10% of the order amount, the minimum cost is 5 euros.

Free shipping promotions are valid just in Spain (peninsula)


International Shipments

You should use the Contact Form included in our Online Store and we will answer any kind of question you might have.



You should conserve the proof of purchase. It is essential to demonstrate you have this document to make any change, testing or return. This document can be placed inside the box or outside, attached. Don’t forget to take and save the proof when you receive your package.

We accomplish the Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, where it is approved the General Law in Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws that offers two years of legal guarantee to durable goods (2 years after the date the user bought and/or receive the product).

It’s not included any deficiency caused by beatings, use or misuse, unsuited voltage, improper installation or wear of materials under normal use.

In those situations that justify the use of the guarantee, Pilma Disseny will decide if it’s better to repair or replace the product or refund the partial or total amount that the user has paid (always attending to the legally stablished terms).

The guarantee will lose its value in case the proof of purchase or the document of the guarantee it’s modified.

Resolution of complaints

The satisfaction of our customers is the main concern of Pilma Disseny. Therefore Pilma Disseny attends to any questions or complaints of its customers as soon as it becomes aware of it, and answering as soon as possible.

The deadline for returning orders is 30 calendar days. These days start to count from home delivery or store pickup.

Returns must be in the original packaging without having been assembled or used. Once the products are received in our store and after checking the status of them, we will refund the cost to the customer in the stablished in the RDL 1/2007 terms and attending to the payment method selected by the customer.

For any return that does not have as a cause malfunction or error from Pilma Disseny, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. It is essential that the product is returned in the same condition it was delivered to the customer. In case it is not, the product cannot be returned.

To return a product you should get in touch with our Customer Attention Department through your Online Account and follow the instructions.

Customer data: register, modification, security politics and confidentiality

To make any order in our Online Store or access to certain services, you should register your personal data and chose a password that will allow you to access to all those areas that require a previous identification. This system makes possible that once you are registered, you must not write your data every time you enter in our Online Store.

Once you are registered in our secure server or you make an order, your personal data and the data from your payment method will be included in responsibility files from PILMA DISSENY S.A.U., PILMA TRAVEL S.L.U., PILMA LLAR S.L.U. y PILOBAR ASSOCIATS S.L. European Union residents (except Canarias Islands, Ceuta and Melilla):

The prices of all of our products in the Online Store include I.V.A.

Non-EU residents, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla:

Purchases done in these areas must not pay I.V.A taxes.

We remind you that the shipping costs indicated do not include indirect taxes, duties, and customs clearance, which will be paid in cash in destiny by the receiver of the goods.

We do not send orders to PO Boxes.

General disposition

Pilma Disseny reserves the right to modify or cancel (in a temporary or permanent way) the service given through Pilma.com with or without giving any notification in advance. Pilma Disseny is not responsible of this modification or cancellation.

If, despite the changed Terms and Conditions and/or Terms of Delivery, you continue using the service given by the Online Store Pilma.com, it will be considered you agree with these changes. You will be responsible of verifying the Conditions regularly in order to determine if a change has been produced. If you do not agree with any modification of the Terms and Conditions, you will have to stop using the service of Pilma.com immediately.

In case any part of Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or inapplicable, this part will be deleted, remaining current the rest of the parts mentioned in Terms and Conditions.
